We recently received your Combo halwa order. The Badami halwa was quite fresh, but the Akhroti halwa was not fresh and was quite hard. Additionally, we found two human hairs in the halwa, which was very concerning. We request you to ensure that the halwa is fresh and free from any foreign objects in the future. We have always received excellent and fresh halwa from you in the past, but this time the experience was a bit different. Despite this, we have placed another order for two combo packs. Please ensure that they are fresh and clean. Thank you.
